Green Arbor Tree Experts is a family-owned, full-service tree care company serving residential and commercial properties throughout the greater Indianapolis area. We specialize in proper pruning, safe tree removal and plant health care, with a deep commitment to preserving the health and beauty of trees whenever possible.

Our team has ISA-certified arborists and an OISC Licensed Applicator on staff, ensuring that every service meets the highest standards of knowledge, safety and care. We take pride in focusing on long-term tree health, not cutting corners. We are looking for team members to share in this endeavor.

Now Hiring — Full-Time Positions

We are currently seeking dedicated, hardworking individuals for the following roles:

Entry-Level Groundsperson
Ideal for those new to the industry who are eager to learn. You’ll support tree crews on job sites, assist with equipment and develop foundational skills in professional tree care.

Skilled Climbers
For experienced arborists who are comfortable climbing, pruning and rigging in complex environments. This role requires demonstrated technical skill, strong judgment and a commitment to safety.

Bucket Truck Operators
For professionals experienced in aerial lift operations, trimming and safe equipment handling. This role requires demonstrated technical skill, strong judgment and a commitment to safety. CDL preferred but not always required.
